Week Six - 1st - 5th June

Hi, all of you lovely Reception children! I hope you have had a great start to the summer term! I have been busy at home going on some more great walks. We found a field of grass that was up to our tummies! It was like we were going on a real bear hunt! My children kept hiding from me and thought it was very funny indeed! I will not be in Reception class this term as I am working different days and teaching some of the older children. If you are at school and I see you I will give you a very big wave! If you are staying at home, I look forward to seeing you soon. I really do miss you all very much. I thought I would upload some photos of my strawberry plant, although the strawberries are still very green they are getting bigger by the day! I cannot wait until they are red and juicy. My children and I are having a sunflower race. They have started to grow but I cannot tell who is winning just yet! Please send any of your sunflower photo’s by email! I will still be working with Mrs Court to set ‘home learning’ activities and reading your lovely emails too. Have a great week children (& parents). Love Mrs Jones x

Hello Reception, I hope you have had a really lovely week off. It was so lovely to have such a sunny week, we spent lots of time in our paddling pool. We also camped in the garden, which my children loved! I didn't get much sleep though as I spent a long time telling them to go to sleep and stop talking and then the birds were up so early having a really good sing song with each other! I know some of you will be returning to school this week, but if you have chosen to stay at home really don't worry as we will still be putting work on here that you can do whilst you are at home. Have a good week and remember we are thinking about you all loads and missing you lots. Love Mrs Court x
