Completed Mosaics

We used broken tiles to create our name initial in the style of the Romans.  The tiles were stuck down with adhesive and then we used grout to fill in all of the spaces, similar to how the Romans would have created their beautiful mosaics.

Class 4 also made a different type of Roman tile using beans and lentils.  We think they look fantastic!
