Apple Pie Week!
This week, we have completed our D.T project all about apple pies. After looking at, smelling and tasting a variety of apple pie products, we set about acquiring the knowledge and skills we would need to design, make and package best-selling apple pies! We practised our short-crust pastry skills by making jam tarts, before then going into the school orchard to hand-pick the apples we would use! The finished pies looked and tasted DELICIOUS!
