Science with Miss Harvey

We had a lot of fun with Miss Harvey learning all about sinking and floating.

First in groups we predicted which items would sink and which would float. Here are some of our predictions.

Then we recorded the items before we start experimenting.

After that we tested the objects to see which would sink and which would float and recorded the information.

We then got to design our own flags and make playdough Pirate Ships to test on the water.
