Star Gazing
Instead of going home at 3pm with the rest of the school, last night Class 5 stayed in school and waited for it to get dark. Whilst waiting, we had a massive game of hide and seek, watched Wall-E and munched on hot dogs and popcorn. When it was dark, we ventured outside to look at the stars and study the constellations. We used i-pads and telescopes to help us and were lucky enough to even spot Venus in the sky! Eventually, we headed back inside for some hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows. It was a wonderful evening.
