3D Mapping
This week, we have been locating continents, the equator and the tropics. We have used maps, atlases and computer software to find the world's rainforests. We have looked at South America in particular as it is home to The Amazon Rainforest. Using our map reading skills, we then created a 3D relief of the continent using salt dough, focusing on different types of terrain and the borders of each country.
