Painting Upwards!

As part of our 'Moving on Up' topic this term, Class 2 have been exploring anything that goes up. We were particularly curious about how Michelangelo managed to paint the ceiling of the sistine chapel as it is quite high. We found out that he had to spend along time painting whilst lying down on scaffolding. We tried to recreate this in our classroom and were able to sketch some unique pictures inspired by Michelangelo's 'The creation of Adam'.
